1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.testsolve.ai (the "Site") and the AI-powered aptitude test solving service made available through the Site, desktop application, and browser-based tool (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Service.

2. Description of Service
TestSolve provides an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool designed to analyse screenshots of aptitude test questions and generate potential answers and explanations. The Service is delivered via a desktop application (Windows), a browser-based screen capture tool, and a phone-based web interface connected via QR code. Access to the AI solving functionality is provided through paid question packs.
Educational purpose: TestSolve is designed to help users understand and practise solving aptitude test questions. This tool is intended for educational and practice purposes. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the use of this tool for academic dishonesty or cheating.
3. User Sessions and Purchases
TestSolve does not require user accounts or registration. Access is managed through session-based tokens generated when you launch the application or visit the browser-based tool. Question packs are tied to sessions and are non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session. Do not share your QR code or session link with others.
4. Payments, Access, and Refunds
Payment and Access: The Service is offered as per-question packs (e.g. 30 questions, 50 questions) for a one-time payment at the price shown on the Site. Access begins immediately upon successful payment. Question packs have a validity period (7 or 14 days) from the time of purchase. Unused questions expire at the end of the validity period. This is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
Payment Processing: Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms in addition to ours.
Refunds: In cases of technical failure that prevents the Service from functioning, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@testsolve.ai within 48 hours of purchase with details of the issue. We are not obligated to provide refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated answers or for unused questions within your validity period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the price for question packs at any time. Prices for purchases made before a change will not be affected.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days. However, this right is lost if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your right.
By purchasing access to our Service, you (1) expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (i.e. granting you access to the service), and (2) acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server(s) on which the Service is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, replicate, or otherwise attempt to discover or extract the source code, model weights, architecture, or underlying algorithms of the AI model or the Service.
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the Service at a rate that exceeds normal human usage.
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service or its outputs.
We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the misuse of the Service, including use for cheating, academic dishonesty, or violation of any assessment provider's terms of service. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any rules, policies, or agreements that apply to the tests you take.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property: The Site, the Service, the AI models, and all related content, features, user interface elements, logos, branding, text, code, and graphics are the exclusive property of TestSolve and/or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the images and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content (for example, uploading or capturing a screenshot), you grant TestSolve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited licence to process that content for the purposes of (a) providing the Service to you, (b) operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service, and (c) complying with legal obligations and preventing abuse.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" / "As Available": The Site and Service are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.
AI Limitations: You acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes. The output you receive from the Service may be incomplete, ambiguous, or incorrect. We do not warrant that any answer, explanation, or reasoning provided by the Service is factually accurate, mathematically correct, or appropriate for any given use case. You should independently verify any output.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestSolve, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or the Service, (b) any reliance you place on output generated by the Service, or (c) incorrect answers, failed assessments, lost job opportunities, or any disciplinary action taken against you, even if foreseeable.
Misuse: We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your misuse of the Service, including but not limited to attempts to use the Service for cheating, credential theft, or other prohibited or unlawful purposes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe that (a) you have breached these Terms, (b) your use poses security, legal, financial, reputational, or operational risk to us or to other users, or (c) we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time; your access will expire at the end of your question pack validity period. Termination or suspension may result in the deactivation of your session and/or associated content.
10. Privacy
Screenshots sent to TestSolve are processed by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate answers. Screenshots are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently beyond what is necessary for service delivery and improvement. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice (for example by posting a notice on the Site). The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always tell you when these Terms were last revised.
Your continued access to or use of the Site or Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
