TestSolve is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. No user accounts
TestSolve does not require registration, email addresses, passwords, or personal information to use the service. There are no user accounts to create, manage, or delete.
2. Data we collect
When you use TestSolve, the following data is processed:
- Screenshots: When you press the capture hotkey, a screenshot of your screen is sent to our server for AI analysis. Screenshots are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently. Debug copies may be retained temporarily (up to 48 hours) for error diagnosis and then deleted.
- Session data: A temporary session token is created when you launch the app. This tracks your question count, remaining balance, and connection status. Sessions expire and are purged regularly.
- IP address: Your IP address is logged for abuse prevention and to determine your geographic region for pricing. IP addresses are not shared with third parties.
- Payment data: Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. TestSolve does not see, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank details, or billing address. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
3. Third-party AI processing
Screenshots are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) for question analysis. These providers process the image to generate an answer and may retain data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies if this is a concern.
4. Cookies
TestSolve does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics platforms. The phone interface may use local storage in your browser to remember device preferences — this data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
5. Data retention
Session data is retained for the duration of the session validity period (up to 14 days) and then automatically purged. Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared with:
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for question processing
- Stripe for payment processing
- Law enforcement if required by law
7. Your rights
