Built by assessment technology specialists

We combine AI with deep psychometric test knowledge to help candidates perform at their best.

Why we built TestSolve

Months of application work for a top consulting firm — wiped out by a 20-minute SHL test. No feedback, no second chance, 12 months before reapplying. SHL alone administers 35 million assessments a year. Employers use them because they're cheap at scale, not because they predict job performance.

Research backs what candidates already feel: aptitude tests explain roughly 20–25% of variance in job performance, leaving 75–80% unmeasured. A speed test shouldn't override months of preparation and years of education.

TestSolve captures test questions via a desktop hotkey, processes them through AI models tuned to each question type, and delivers answers to your phone in seconds — invisible on your test screen. We give candidates a tool to compete on more equal terms.

Our expertise

🧠

Psychometric test design

Deep understanding of how SHL, Kenexa, Cubiks, AMCAT, Watson Glaser, and 30+ other assessment providers structure their questions. We don't just use generic AI — each test type has specialised solving logic.

AI & machine learning

Multi-model consensus voting, question-type classification, confidence scoring, and chain-of-thought verification. Our solver pipeline processes visual, numerical, and verbal questions with high accuracy.

🔒

Stealth technology

Desktop capture that's invisible to screen sharing software, browser focus detection, and screenshot tools. Answers delivered to a separate device — nothing visible on your test screen. Zero digital footprint.

The team behind TestSolve

TestSolve was built by a small, focused team with complementary backgrounds in psychometrics, AI engineering, and product design. We don't publish individual names or photos for privacy reasons — we prefer to let our work speak for itself.

S
Sebastian — Founder & Product Lead
Strategy · Product · Growth

Sebastian spent years on both sides of the hiring equation. As a candidate, he watched months of application work get wiped out by 20-minute speed tests that had nothing to do with the actual role. As a consultant working in recruitment technology, he saw the other side — companies spending millions on assessment platforms designed to do one thing efficiently: reject 80% of applicants without a human ever reading their application. Graduate schemes, experienced hires, internal promotions — the filter was always the same. TestSolve exists because he decided to build the tool that nobody in the industry would: one that works for the candidate, not against them.

D
Daniel — Lead AI Engineer
ML Architecture · NLP · Computer Vision

Daniel is an AI software engineer focusing on natural language processing and computer vision. He joined TestSolve from a machine learning role at a major cloud provider, drawn by the core technical problem — getting AI to accurately interpret and solve any test question format in under 10 seconds. He built the system from scratch and still personally tracks accuracy across every question type. Watson Glaser took the longest to crack: five sections that each follow completely different reasoning rules.

J
James — Assessment Research Lead
Psychometrics · Content · QA

James used to work at one of the big test publishers — he was the person writing the questions, designing the trick wrong answers, and calibrating difficulty levels. He knows exactly why you pick option C when the answer is D, because he's the one who put C there to catch you.

Now he uses that knowledge for the other side. He tunes every solver prompt, runs accuracy checks weekly, and when SHL or Kenexa quietly update their format, he's usually the first to notice. He also writes most of the test guides on the blog — the ones with the specific "watch out for this trap" advice that actually helps.

Beyond our core team, we work with a network of subject matter consultants — former HR assessment managers, recruitment technology specialists, and recent candidates — to continuously validate our approach.

How we maintain accuracy

Accuracy is the entire product. Every question type has dedicated solving logic — numerical, verbal, inductive, SJT, critical thinking, data interpretation, mechanical. When a screenshot arrives, the AI classifies the question type in milliseconds and routes it to the specialised solver with the highest demonstrated accuracy for that format.

Our multi-model consensus system runs the same question through multiple independent AI models simultaneously. If they agree, confidence is high. If they disagree, we flag the uncertainty with a confidence percentage so you can make an informed call.

What we believe

Candidates deserve better tools

Employers have million-dollar assessment platforms, AI-scored video interviews, and teams of industrial psychologists. Candidates get a practice test and a "good luck" email. We're building the technology that puts candidates on more equal footing.

Speed tests measure speed, not ability

Most aptitude tests give you 30-60 seconds per question. That measures processing speed under extreme pressure — not whether you'd actually be good at the job.

Privacy is non-negotiable

We don't require user accounts. We don't store screenshots of your test. We don't collect personal data beyond what's needed for payment processing.

Accuracy over everything

We'd rather tell you we're uncertain than give you a wrong answer. Our confidence scoring system flags low-confidence responses so you can make an informed decision.
